CICOP 2026 is committed to protecting the personal data of registrants and event participants in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
By registering for and attending CICOP 2026, the organisers may collect, use, or disclose your personal data as described below.
Data Controllers. Personal data collected for CICOP 2026 is processed jointly by the event’s co-organisers: Cinta Digital, Covertia Core and Polarvista.
1. Personal Data We Collect
We may collect:
- Full name
- Job title
- Company or organisation
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Information provided through the registration form
- Registration status and seat confirmation information
2. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data may be used to:
- Process and manage event registration
- Verify invited guests and classify registrants
- Contact you regarding seat confirmation and important event information
- Manage attendance capacity and waitlists
- Prepare check-in and event-day operations
- Send updates and information relating to CICOP 2026
- Support event administration and security
3. Photography, Video Recording and Livestreaming
Photography, video recording, audio recording and livestreaming may take place during CICOP 2026, including through online platforms such as YouTube or other organiser channels.
As a result, attendees may appear in:
- Event photography
- Recorded event videos
- Livestreams
- CICOP 2026 and organiser websites or social media channels
- Promotional materials or post-event communications
Such recordings may be used for event communications, publicity, documentation and the distribution of event-related content.
4. Disclosure of Personal Data
We may disclose personal data, where necessary, to parties involved in the organisation and delivery of the event, including:
- Organisers and event staff
- Registration service providers
- Website and IT service providers
- Production, AV and streaming providers
- Other service providers supporting event operations
Only data necessary for the relevant service or function will be shared.
5. Data Retention
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the organisation of CICOP 2026 and related purposes, and in any case no longer than six (6) months after the event, i.e. until 23 April 2027. After that period, the data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised as appropriate.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Request restriction of processing
- Object to certain processing activities
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

ในการลงทะเบียนและเข้าร่วมงาน CICOP 2026 ทางผู้จัดอาจเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านตามรายละเอียดที่ระบุไว้ในประกาศฉบับนี้
ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เก็บรวบรวมสำหรับงาน CICOP 2026 จะได้รับการประมวลผลร่วมกันโดยผู้จัดงานทั้งสามองค์กร ได้แก่ Cinta Digital, Covertia Core และ Polarvista

- เตรียมการลงทะเบียนหน้างานและการดำเนินงานในวันจัดงาน
- ส่งข่าวสารและข้อมูลอัปเดตเกี่ยวกับ CICOP 2026
- สนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการและการรักษาความปลอดภัยของงาน
3. การถ่ายภาพ การบันทึกวิดีโอ และการถ่ายทอดสด
ภายในงาน CICOP 2026 อาจมีการถ่ายภาพ บันทึกวิดีโอ บันทึกเสียง และการถ่ายทอดสด รวมถึงผ่านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ เช่น YouTube หรือช่องทางอื่นของผู้จัดงาน
ดังนั้น ผู้เข้าร่วมงานอาจปรากฏใน:
- ภาพถ่ายภายในงาน
- วิดีโอบันทึกกิจกรรม
- การถ่ายทอดสด
- เว็บไซต์หรือช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดียของ CICOP 2026 และผู้จัดงาน
- สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์หรือการสื่อสารหลังจบงาน
ภาพ วิดีโอ เสียง หรือการบันทึกดังกล่าวอาจถูกนำไปใช้เพื่อการสื่อสารเกี่ยวกับงาน การประชาสัมพันธ์ การบันทึกกิจกรรม และการเผยแพร่เนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน
4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเท่าที่จำเป็นแก่บุคคลหรือผู้ให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดและดำเนินงาน ได้แก่:
- ผู้จัดงานและทีมงาน
- ผู้ให้บริการระบบลงทะเบียน
- ผู้ให้บริการเว็บไซต์และระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
- ผู้ให้บริการด้าน Production, AV และ Streaming
- ผู้ให้บริการอื่นที่สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของกิจกรรม
เราจะเปิดเผยเฉพาะข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการหรือการดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเท่านั้น
5. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล
ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจะถูกเก็บรักษาไว้เฉพาะเท่าที่จำเป็นสำหรับการจัดงาน CICOP 2026 และวัตถุประสงค์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และไม่เกิน หก (6) เดือนหลังจากวันจัดงาน หรือจนถึงวันที่ 23 เมษายน 2027
เมื่อพ้นระยะเวลาดังกล่าว ข้อมูลจะถูกลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้ตามความเหมาะสม
6. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ภายใต้กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ท่านอาจมีสิทธิในการ:
- ขอเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
- ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง
- ขอให้ลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
- ขอจำกัดการประมวลผลข้อมูล
- คัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลบางประเภท
- ถอนความยินยอม ในกรณีที่การประมวลผลข้อมูลอาศัยความยินยอมของท่าน
